ZF Trading UK SAP Migration Complete The migration to the new IT system has been completed successfully The ZF Trading group of companies has successfully completed it’s migration to their new SAP IT system. This provides an up to date, common platform for business processes and activities for the sites in Germany, France, Turkey and the UK. The ‘go live’ process presented some difficulties, which was to be expected with any IT project on such a scale, but overall was a great success. In the UK, our business processes continued and we achieved our goal of minimising disruption to our customers. This is due in large part to the exceptional team ethic within the company which meant that we were able to overcome any problems that arose. Turnover for July showed little fluctuation from the strong trend which we have seen this year. We were adamant that we would not allow a ‘panic-buying’ situation to be created, which would in turn have a long-term affect on our ex-stock availability. Again, we achieved this goal and for this we have to thank our customers for their trust and belief in our ability to prepare and action such an important project successfully. This platform allows us to create greater opportunities through strong service levels and a continued drive to innovate.
