ZF Trading UK Ltd was formed as a result of the merger between Sachs Boge (UK) Ltd and the LMI GB Ltd on the 1st Augsut 2004. As part of the
ZF Group, one of the world's leading automotive suppliers in the powertrain and suspension sectors, and a major player in the international replacement parts market, we bring together the strength and experience of the SACHS, LEMFÖRDER, BOGE and ZF Parts brands under one roof. Brands that are recognised as quality suppliers of original equipment components to the commercial and passenger car
sectors in the UK.

The acquisition makes the ZF Group to the third-largest automotive industry supplier in Germany and the 15th largest worldwide, based on annual automotive sales. The move also gives the ZF Group, a leader in transmissionand chassis technology, a total workforce of 55,000 employees at 117 locations in 22 countries worldwide. Combined revenues in 2000 for vor both companies totaled EUR 8.6 billion (USD 7.6 billion).
