Which clutch and which shock absorber do I need for my vehicle?

What is the difference between a push and a pull type clutch?
The "pull" or "push" refers to the direction in which the release bearing operates to disengage the clutch.

If a car is equipped with a Concentric Slave Cylinder (CSC), should this be replaced at the same time as the clutch?
It is recommended that the CSC is replaced at the same time to ensure correct operation and service life expectancy.

Do gas shock absorbers just contain gas?
No, gas shock absorbers still use oil to create the damping effect. The gas pressure allows more responsive action of the internal valves and prevents any "foaming" of the oil.
